と、知り合いに教えてもらったので
キムチと納豆と豆腐を適当に炒めて料理したところ

4. 醤油(大1)、酒(大2)を加えてなんとなく豆腐に味付け

5. キムチを投入

6. なんとなく火を通したら、納豆投入

炒めたはずなのに口に広がるみずみずしさ!!(びちゃびちゃ)
抜けきれてないキムチの強い酸味!!!(好みジャない)
そして、醤油いらないだろこれ!!!!
でも、食材を無駄にするのはよろしくないので、全部平らげました!
豆腐、キムチの焼き加減を調整したらものすごく美味しくなりそう…!
また今度は調味料見直してつくってみます…笑
